Sometimes there can be long delays or gaps in tracking updates while your order is still on its way. We very frequently see tracking for international orders will show as "stuck" in the same place for a long period of time, even when it is actually in motion. This is very common, and does not indicate any problem. In some cases packages are delivered before the tracking info is updated at all.
Once the package reaches the destination country, DHL will generally pass it off to a local postal carrier for final delivery. They may or may not give you local tracking tracking number.
We understand this can be frustrating, but unfortunately we do not have any control over the carrier's tracking systems. However, rest assured, lost packages are rare, and your order is likely on its way without any issues.
